MUSICIAN
UPSTATE NEW YORK
LOGAN LINCK
Ever since Logan Linck was 8 years old, he exhibited a strong interest in music. What started out as beginner violin lessons in second grade spiraled into a passion for other instruments as well. As of now, Logan has demonstrated his musical ability through performances including the accordion, guitar, trumpet, violin, and viola, proving versatility across a wider array of genres and sound characters.
Currently, Logan plans to attend the SCCC School of Music to study jazz guitar to get started on a Bachelor’s in Music Education. While at SCCC, Logan hopes to improve his skills before transferring to a four-year school to complete the rest of his degree.
While focused on education Logan has also performed in many groups as well. In previous years, Logan founded the first “Scotia-Glenville Rock Band” as a guitar player, was a trumpet player for two musicals (one of which he played accordion as well) and was the principle violin player for two orchestra concerts. Additionally, if you live in New York there is a good chance you have seen Logan perform as a paid marching band member for the “Red Caps”, a group that performs all over the state as well as into Vermont.
Logan is also quite passionate about audio production; a skill he continues to develop by writing original tracks utilizing recordings of the multitude of instruments he plays to create unique sounds. By combining his love for technology, music, and athletics, Logan continues to hone unique abilities through all areas of his life even outside of music.
